Do you sell new or used trucks?
Both. Used is our main stock and the focus of this website, but new units are available on request from the same factories. Tell us what you need and we will quote both options.
Can I see the truck running before buying?
Yes. For any unit you are interested in we send a video showing the engine starting, the hydraulics operating and a walk-around of the cab, chassis and tyres. Live video calls can be arranged on request.
What are your trade terms?
FOB Qingdao or CIF to your destination port. We ship by container, flat rack or RORO depending on the unit. Payment terms are agreed in the proforma invoice.
How do you guarantee condition?
We send real photos and a test video of the actual unit before loading, and on request we arrange an independent third-party survey. Our business depends on repeat orders, so misrepresenting condition would not make sense for us.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for trucks and machinery — a single unit can be shipped. For used motorcycles and e-bikes, wholesale lots start from 100 units per container.
How long does shipping take?
Loading usually takes 5–10 days after the order is confirmed. Sea transit depends on destination: roughly 25–40 days to West Africa, 7–15 days to Southeast Asia, and 15–30 days to the Middle East or Latin America.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We stock fast-wearing parts for HOWO, Shacman and SINOTRUK models and can ship them together with your vehicles or separately afterwards.
What documents will I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin as standard. We can also prepare destination-specific documents such as COC where required.
Can you source a specific model?
Yes. If the model you need is not in our current stock, send us the make, year and specifications and we will locate it through our factory and dealer network.
How do I place an order?
The fastest way is WhatsApp: +86 131 5132 2920. Confirm the model and quantity, we issue a proforma invoice, and production or loading is scheduled once payment is arranged.
